Service terms

Last updated 29 October 2026

This page explains how working with Lily Brunning, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, is agreed. It is a summary of the process, not the contract itself.

From enquiry to agreement

  • An enquiry or intro call does not commit you to anything.
  • If the work is a fit, you receive a written proposal setting out the scope, price, payment terms and timings.
  • Work begins once you accept the proposal and service agreement in writing and any agreed deposit is paid. That written agreement governs the project and takes priority over website descriptions.

Scope and timings

Package inclusions, delivery dates and responsibilities are confirmed in writing before work begins. Delivery depends on receiving the agreed information, assets, access and approvals. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before any extra work starts.

Third-party costs

Third-party domain, hosting, booking-system, payment-processing and other software charges are separate unless expressly included in your written proposal. Accounts are set up in your name wherever possible, and their providers' own terms apply.

Google Business Profile

Google controls Business Profile eligibility, verification and visibility. Setup support does not guarantee approval, rankings or bookings.

Results

Marketing support and planning do not guarantee a particular level of enquiries, bookings or revenue. Examples and figures shown on this website are illustrative.

Privacy and cookie wording

Where a project includes help with privacy notices, cookie information or a cookie banner, this is practical implementation support based on how your business tells me it uses data. It is not personalised legal advice or a guarantee of legal compliance. You approve the final wording.
