Digital product terms

A one-time purchase of £27 gives you these downloadable resources:

• a PDF guide;
• an editable workbook in Word (DOCX) format;
• a pricing and opportunity planner in Excel (XLSX) format;
• a link to one reusable Canva carousel template;
• copyable AI prompts and message templates within the resources.

This is a DIY digital product. You work through the resources to develop your own messaging and content plan. Personal consultations, a completed bespoke content calendar and implementation services are not included. It is not a subscription.

Checkout is run by Payhip, with payments processed through Payhip's payment partners. After successful payment, your downloads are available on the Payhip confirmation page and in your purchase email. Keep a copy of the files once downloaded. If a download fails or a link does not work, email lily@lilybrunning.com and I will help you get access.

• An internet connection and a device that can open PDF, DOCX and XLSX files. Free tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets or LibreOffice can open the workbook and planner, though some formatting may differ from Word and Excel.
• A Canva account (free is fine) to use the carousel template.
• Core exercises can be completed with suitable free tools and free AI assistants. Optional Canva Bulk Create requires an eligible paid Canva plan.
• Third-party software, accounts and subscriptions are not included.

• You may use the resources within your own business.
• You may adapt the messages, templates and prompts, and publish the content you create with them for that business.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly or give away the paid files, the template link or substantial parts of the toolkit, including to other businesses or in groups and courses.
• Copyright in the resources stays with Lily Brunning.

Found, Chosen, Booked provides general business and marketing guidance, exercises and planning tools. It is not personalised legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Figures and examples, including Ellie and The Colour Room, are illustrative; outcomes depend on your business, decisions and implementation. The planner produces estimates from the figures you enter, not a definitive correct price. No particular level of bookings, revenue or search visibility is promised.

If you buy as a consumer (for personal purposes, rather than for your business), you normally have 14 days to cancel a contract for digital content. That right ends once the download is made available, if you have expressly agreed at checkout to immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel.

If you buy for your business, as most buyers of this product will, the consumer cancellation right does not apply.

In every case, if the content is faulty, not as described or you cannot access it, email lily@lilybrunning.com. I will put it right by fixing or replacing the content, and where that is not possible, by giving a refund in line with your legal rights. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

The amount you actually paid can be credited once against an eligible service package. Contact me before booking to check what applies.

I take care to make the resources accurate and useful, and I am responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of my breaking these terms. As the product is supplied for use in your business, I am not responsible for loss of profit, business or opportunity arising from how you choose to use it. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
